Kids at Calvary

Where Kids Grow in Faith and Fun

Our Journey Kids Ministry is ages birth through 4th grade. Rev 56 is our 5th and 6th grade group. Both meet Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings (during the school year).

By working our way through the truths of the Bible, we teach kids about God’s redeeming plan and gift of salvation, which comes through faith in Jesus alone. We encourage them to know that they are wonderfully made with unique, God-given gifts and abilities to be used for His glory. After spending time with us, our hope is that kids walk away knowing they are loved by a great God and by our church.

Sundays Mornings

Helping Kids Discover Jesus

Every Sunday morning, we provide a safe environment for kids from birth through 6th grade where they can learn about Jesus and connect with each other.

Sunday School

Classes for kids age 3 through 6th grade are offered during the 9:00 a.m. service. They will engage with the Word of God in age appropriate, interactive scriptural teaching.
**During the summer months, Kids Worship is offered at both 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

Kids Worship

Kids Worship is offered for kids age 3 through 4th grade during the 10:30 a.m. service. Using different storytelling methods, kids will be taught Biblical truth with real world application while being invited to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Nursery

Nursery is offered during both services.

Wednesday Nights

Awana

Awana

Awana is a non-denominational Christ-centered program for kids age 4 (by Sept. 1st) through 6th grade. Awana meets Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 p.m. September through May. Each night consists of a lesson time, Bible verse memorization, and games. Kids are welcome to join any time throughout the school year.

Rev 56, for kids in 5th & 6th grades, meets Wednesday evenings during the school year, from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Through Biblical teaching, application, and connection, we will encourage students to discover, investigate, and act upon God's truths – to put their faith in motion.

Join Us for VBS

Building Faith Through an Unforgettable VBS Experience

Vacation Bible School takes place for kids age 3 years through 6th grade. Bible stories, music, crafts and experiments, games, and snacks are all combined to provide kids with an adventure-filled week designed especially for them. 

VBS will be held June 21-25, 2026.
